Exploring novelty is a big part of my approach. A lot of who I am revolves around curiosity and appreciation for diversity and inclusion.

As such, my approach encapsulates a range of exploration from prodding to acceptance. A lot of who I am is someone is someone that desires growth and improvement in my life, and encourage those things in others. I enjoy diversity and equality, and look for ways to implement that in my life. My approach varies between people, as I look for ways to encourage interesting and meaningful conversation. Sometimes we approach who we are with a certain certainty that doesn’t exist when it is applied to a larger range of scenarios. It is within that range of uncertainty and discovery that I look to investigate. We can approach growth best when we have a willingness to do it, but we can also benefit from society and scenarios in ways that we don’t appreciate. And in that sense, I am an advocate of celebrating what people can do regardless of who they are and what versions of themselves they have discovered. I find it interesting to explore hypothetical scenarios of morality, integrity, and disposition as ways of understanding who I am.

In many circumstances, I think that a medley is the best way to approach a situation. For example, if someone comes across as more methodical, I will respect that but I will also be likely to inject some form of chaos into the interaction. I believe in honouring diversity and balance. At the same time, it might be that for the sake of continuity and support, that I might join forces with someone in the energy that they bring. It really comes down to a situation of inclusiveness and support, paired with diversity and exploration. I believe in harnessing values and virtue, as we explore life, and sometimes that means to stay true to what you believe and at other times it means to welcome a different perspective. I might be discerning and offer a perspective that is more level-headed, or I might be playful and chaotic. It really depends on the dynamic, my mood, and the situation at hand. A lot of life can be spent learning if we allow ourselves to grow, and a lot of it can be spent celebrating what we have to offer and enjoying the process. It is a complex medley, I think. I think it is important to be reminded of what benefits we have to offer each other, with different approaches, and to know when nothing else can offer what we have to contribute. Nature mimics us by having a completely vast range of ways that something may succeed, and yet many forms of life specialize in what they do. We each have a possibility to learn more, and to enhance who we are, and it is within that range that we exist.
