Exploring novelty is a part of my approach. A lot of who I am revolves around curiosity and appreciation for diversity and inclusion.
At the same time, I find myself gravitating to certain of processes of clarity and efficacy. I believe in a world that values precision and carefulness, as much as experimentation and novelty.
As such, my approach encapsulates a range of exploration from prodding to acceptance. A lot of who I am is someone is someone that desires growth and improvement in my life, and encourage those things in others. I enjoy diversity and equality, and look for ways to implement that in my life. My approach varies between people, as I look for ways to encourage interesting and meaningful conversation. Sometimes we approach who we are with a certain certainty that doesn’t exist when it is applied to a larger range of scenarios. It is within that range of uncertainty and discovery that I look to investigate. We can approach growth best when we have a willingness to do it, but we can also benefit from society and scenarios in ways that we don’t appreciate. And in that sense, I am an advocate of celebrating what people can do regardless of who they are and what versions of themselves they have discovered. I find it interesting to explore hypothetical scenarios of morality, integrity, and disposition as ways of understanding who I am.
I never can fully predict how I will be in conversation, nor can anyone, so that is part of the fun. There will always be a novelty in talking to new people. Part of the benefit of talking to someone is exactly that. This is why I encourage people to share what they benefit from, it is a social dynamic and experimental in nature. I am simply someone that facilitates a process, and converses with people in accord with my values. In the dynamic of mutual benefit is where nature benefits most and there is an element of virtue in exploring conversation in a similar way.
In many circumstances, I think a medley is the best way to approach a situation. For example, if someone comes across as more methodical, I will respect that but be likely to inject some form of chaos or fun into the interaction to bring about balance and diversity. In the same way, if someone comes across as more chaotic to me, I might be more likely to be level-headed and cautious. I think it is important in society to be reminded of benefits in different kinds of approaches, and within us too. We each have a possibility of learning to apply a more strict or relaxed sense of who we are, and it is within that gambit of existence that our range of self exists.
